Clause 8 : Information about the bulbs for sale and minimum order
8-a: Plants put up for sale by Laurent Lieser Tulipes Botaniques are complying with the terms of the Article L-111-1 of the Consumption Code which allow the purchaser to be aware of the main characteristics of the bulbs before completing his purchase.
8-b: Bulbs put up for sale by Laurent Lieser Tulipes Botaniques will be provided according to our stocks. Unavailability or small stocks will be indicated in our e-shopping site. If the order is received by post, you will receive a confirmation either by e-mail or by mail.
8-c : Orders placed under 15 € will not be taken into consideration

Clause 9 : Bulbs price, orders and participation for packing and shipping
9-a: Prices are in Euros and only valid at the date of the reception of the order form from the purchaser. Bulbs are sold by one (unless specified otherwise). Delivery period will start on September 25th to end on November 10th, 2008. Prices do not include expenses for packing and shipping which will be added and indicated before completing the purchase. For your order online your payment will be made for the total cost (by bank card or paypal account)
When order placed by post, payment can be made either by bank or postal cheque, by bank transfer or money order payable to Laurent Lieser Tulipes Botaniques. Delivery will be made after the collection of the money. Payments made will never be considered as deposit or partial payment in advance.
Each order will be confirmed by e-mail or by mail.
9-b: Post and Packing expenses will be applied as follows: for each order to be delivered inside France or French overseas departments a contribution for post and packing will be applied. A contribution of 15 € will be applied for each of the 26 others countries of the European Union.
We cannot deliver to the French overseas territories, to Switzerland, Norway, Asia, Africa and both South and North America continents.

Clause 12 : Period and delivery terms
Deliveries will be made according to order of arrival, bulbs will be sent to the address given by the purchaser on the order form (paper order form or e-order) inside France, Monaco, Andorra, the French overseas departements and the others 26 countries of the European Union. Deliveries will start on September 25th to end on November 10th, 2008. It is adviced to the purchaser to check the goods upon reception and to make reserves if any to the carrier and on the delivery order and to inform Laurent Lieser Tulipes Botaniques whithin the next seven days. Carrying services will be ensured by Colissimo Suivi developed by Colipost (Subsidiary of The Post Group). We will inform the purchaser of the departure of the parcel when done (by e-mail).
To reduce shipping expenses, all the small or average size bulbs will be shipped through Colissimo suivi. Beyond the fact that this service is not very expensive, deliveries are in principle granted two days after the maling inside France hexagon. Besides this, if the puchaser is not at home during the delivery he will be informed with a note from the postman and will be able to get his parcel at the Post Office during the following 15 days. This service is very reliable one but as problems can always occur : late delivery or parcel lost. Should the delivery later than the date indicated in our e-mail we advise the purchaser to inform by e-mail. We will order a tracing to the Post Office (which last around 21 days). In most cases, parcels reappear and normally re-delivered. Should the purchaser never receive his order we will replace it at our expense. Should the bulbs sold out at this time, we will send the money back to the purchaser. But, should the bulbs still available but prices changed, new prices will be applied and difference re-imbursed if prices are lowering or we will ask for a cheque of the difference if prices are increasing. We will never be taken as responsible for late delivery due to the carrier, neither in case of lost parcels or in case of strike.
